The?uno deck?has in total 112 cards of 108 standard cards plus 4 blank cards, divided into four different colors (red, yellow, green, and blue) where 75 number cards, seven of each from 0 to 9, 33 special action cards such as draw two, skip, reverse, wild, and wild draw four cards and 4 blank cards for custom house rules. To set up the game, Decide the?dealer player to shuffle?all 112 cards and ensure a random arrangement of cards. Now, the dealer distributes seven cards to each player, one at a time, face-down and places the remaining cards face down on the table in center to form the draw pile.
